Return Policy

We accept returns. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive from us, please contact us to arrange a return and full refund. A customer service agent will contact you within 12 working hours to attempt to fix the problem with the product (if you'd like) or arrange for an immediate return.

If a product is found to be defective, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

If a return is required for some other reason (accidental purchase, wrong size product ordered) than return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders of this nature will be refunded when the product has been received by our warehouse staff in sellable condition.

All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of two years. 

Billing Policy

100% of the orders processed on all websites owned any operated by ICO Trading UK Ltd. are processed by PayPal. ICO Trading UK Ltd. does not collect or store any credit card information on our own servers.

Our Billing Terms and Conditions is simple. We provide products that can be purchased through a secure checkout and payment system, and this system is handled completely by PayPal. What this means for our customers is that their payment is 100% protected by PayPal, and you never have to worry about your credit card info falling into the wrong hands.

If you have a problem with a payment (ie. double payment or payment not completed), please contact us and we will do our best to help. PayPal also has their own policy about protecting buyers, which you should review if you are unfamiliar with PayPal.
